La parcela en la que se encuentra tiene una superficie de 126.000 metros cuadrados, mientras que la superficie construida del edificio es de 79.137 metros cuadrados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:57px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sobre el proyecto de Prologis Park Pened\u00e8s:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">La calificaci\u00f3n BREEAM GOOD es un reconocimiento a la sostenibilidad y la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica del edificio, lo que significa que se han implementado medidas para reducir su impacto ambiental y su consumo de recursos. El uso de energ\u00eda renovable y la reducci\u00f3n del consumo de energ\u00eda, agua y emisiones de CO2 son algunos de los criterios evaluados en la calificaci\u00f3n BREEAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">La metodolog\u00eda BIM permite una mejor coordinaci\u00f3n entre los diferentes agentes involucrados en el proyecto, lo que puede ayudar a reducir los tiempos de ejecuci\u00f3n y los costos del proyecto. Tambi\u00e9n se encarga del control y gesti\u00f3n de mantenimiento para asegurar que el edificio funcione correctamente a lo largo del tiempo. En general, el objetivo del centro log\u00edstico Prologis Park Pened\u00e8s es ser un edificio sostenible y eficiente que cumpla con las necesidades de sus usuarios.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div
