La ampliaci\u00f3n constar\u00e1 de dos cuerpos adosados al edificio existente, lo que permitir\u00e1 sumar una superficie construida de 4.310 m\u00b2 en dos fases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer cuerpo adosado se ubicar\u00e1 en la fachada este y se destinar\u00e1 para el almacenamiento de materias primas y productos acabados en su planta baja. La altura \u00fatil de almacenamiento ser\u00e1 de 13,00 m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la fachada sur se adosar\u00e1 un edificio administrativo de PB+1. El edificio se distribuir\u00e1 alrededor de un vest\u00edbulo a doble altura y se destinar\u00e1 para oficinas generales, showroom y salas de reuniones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La superficie construida total de ambas fases ser\u00e1 de 6.887,44 m\u00b2, y la superficie \u00fatil ser\u00e1 de 6.180 m\u00b2. Se espera que esta ampliaci\u00f3n mejore la capacidad de producci\u00f3n de la empresa y brinde un espacio m\u00e1s c\u00f3modo y eficiente para el personal administrativo y de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\"><div class=\"pgc-sgb-cb
