Este proyecto forma parte de la licencia de obras y est\u00e1 en conformidad con la normativa urban\u00edstica vigente, la legislaci\u00f3n sectorial y los requisitos espec\u00edficos de la propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El edificio, promovido por Cellograf\u00eda Gerosa, S.A., se dedica a la fabricaci\u00f3n y venta de materiales flexibles, impresos y sin imprimir, principalmente compuestos por aluminio, papel, cart\u00f3n, film pl\u00e1stico y otros materiales adecuados para el envasado y embalaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con una superficie total de la parcela de 11.808,05 m\u00b2 construidos y una ocupaci\u00f3n en planta de 8.243,98 m\u00b2, el edificio est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para albergar actividades industriales, incluyendo \u00e1reas de almacenamiento y oficinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se ha realizado un levantamiento topogr\u00e1fico de la parcela, que revela una superficie de 21.434,62 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
