Uno de nuestros proyectos m\u00e1s recientes es la construcci\u00f3n de una nave industrial para la empresa <strong>AKSON<\/strong>, ubicada en el Pol\u00edgono Industrial Plans de la Sala, en Sallent (Bages).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:57px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Proyecto t\u00e9cnico y direcci\u00f3n de obra para una nave industrial<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:31px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>El proyecto ha consistido en el dise\u00f1o, desarrollo t\u00e9cnico y direcci\u00f3n de obra de una nave industrial con una superficie construida de  <strong>18.147,93 m\u00b2<\/strong>. Esta instalaci\u00f3n est\u00e1 destinada a la actividad productiva de la empresa, para la cual era imprescindible disponer de un espacio adaptado, seguro, eficiente y sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nave se ha dise\u00f1ado teniendo en cuenta las necesidades espec\u00edficas del cliente, tanto a nivel funcional como normativo, cumpliendo con la legislaci\u00f3n vigente en materia de seguridad industrial, eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Soluciones a medida para el sector industrial<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La actuaci\u00f3n ha consistido en la proyecci\u00f3n y direcci\u00f3n de obra de una nave industrial concebida para responder a las necesidades propias de su actividad. En este proyecto hemos priorizado:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la organizaci\u00f3n funcional de los espacios en torno a la producci\u00f3n,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la adaptaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones t\u00e9cnicas a los requisitos del cliente,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una movilidad interna fluida para trabajadores y mercanc\u00edas,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>el cumplimiento normativo en seguridad, sostenibilidad y eficiencia energ\u00e9tica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Compromiso con el entorno empresarial<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde Engind ponemos nuestro conocimiento t\u00e9cnico al servicio de las empresas del territorio, ofreciendo soluciones que combinan innovaci\u00f3n, proximidad y calidad.
