Engineer in facilities and PCI (electromechanical)
- Design and calculation of facilities (electrical and mechanical).
- Technical specifications and budgets.
- Monitoring and management of works.
- Realization of Technical Due Diligences.
Is required:
- Specialties): Generalist, Mechanics, Construction, Electrical engineering.
- Experience: At least 6 years in design and calculation of installation projects and construction management of installations for all types of buildings, especially the tertiary sector.
- Language: A high level of English is essential, both spoken and written. Part of the work will be done in English.
- Age: Not required.
- Computing: Management of installation calculation programs (calculation of thermal loads, calculation of ducts, calculation of pipes, DMELEC, Lider and Calener), Autocad, Office, Presto.

- Functions of static, dynamic, analytical calculations.
- Generate and present calculation reports and their corresponding results.
- Plan a safe construction sequence for the project.
- Support in industrial design: Review of specifications, measurements, equipment monitoring.
- Verification of the execution according to design and specifications.
- Calculation of metal and concrete structures.
- Calculation of pipes in Autopipe or Caesar.
