Engineer in facilities and PCI (electromechanical)

1. Design and calculation of facilities (electrical and mechanical).
2. Technical specifications and budgets.
3. Monitoring and management of works.
4. Realization of Technical Due Diligences.

Is required:

1. Specialties): Generalist, Mechanics, Construction, Electrical engineering.
2. Experience: At least 6 years in design and calculation of installation projects and construction management of installations for all types of buildings, especially the tertiary sector.
3. Language: A high level of English is essential, both spoken and written. Part of the work will be done in English.
4. Age: Not required.
5. Computing: Management of installation calculation programs (calculation of thermal loads, calculation of ducts, calculation of pipes, DMELEC, Lider and Calener), Autocad, Office, Presto.
