Today we are pleased to share with you one of our outstanding projects: the adaptation of the ground floor of an existing warehouse for the company Bombons Cudié, specialized in the production of exquisite handmade almond-based chocolates.

The main challenge of this project was to convert the ground floor of the existing warehouse into an efficient and functional work environment. Our team of engineers carefully analyzed the needs and requirements of Bombons Cudié, and we developed a comprehensive approach to ensure a successful transformation.

First, we carry out a detailed study of the available space and work closely with the Bombons Cudié team to understand their specific workflows and requirements. With this information, we designed a plan that optimized space, allowing a better production flow and maximizing storage capacity.

One of the key aspects of the adaptation was the implementation of an efficient distribution of work areas. We established specific areas for each stage of the chocolate-making process, from the selection and toasting of the almonds to the molding and final packaging. This ensured a logical production sequence and reduced travel time, improving overall productivity.

In addition, we made sure that the space had the adequate infrastructure for the handling and processing of the ingredients. We implement ventilation and smoke extraction systems, as well as specialized lighting solutions to guarantee optimal working conditions and comply with the quality and hygiene standards required in the food industry.

Safety was also a priority on this project. We incorporate additional security measures, such as fire extinguishing systems and clear signage for escape routes, to guarantee a safe working environment for Bombons Cudié employees.
